Q: I've just ordered through the shopping cart, but it gives me a U.S. domestic shipping rate. What's the deal?

A: Unfortunately, our on-site shopping cart is set up to calculate domestic shipping rates only. The shopping cart will automatically tag any book you order as $2.95 shipping, which is obviously NOT correct when shipping internationally.

We'll confirm international shipping rates to our customers by e-mail. If you're curious about the average cost, please see the chart below:

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: We use two primary methods of shipping with two drastically different wait times:

• Air Mail: 5-10 business days.
• Surface Mail: 4-8 weeks.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal (through our shopping cart), , personal & business checks, and international money orders made out in U.S. dollars. We also accept cash in U.S. dollars, but keep in mind that any cash sent via international mail is SENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?

A: We have thoroughly researched international shipping methods and have settled on the U.S. Postal Service as the safest and most economical mode of transit.
